The Dog Whisperer

When not being a superdog, Reuben likes to relax by watching his favorite program, "The Dog Whisperer" on the National Geographic Channel. The show features his idol, the Dog Whisperer himself. Reuben had heard of this mysterious figure since he was a pup, but now, as an old man, he is able to see the great Cesar Milan for himself. Reuben had believed for many years that this Dog Whisperer was but a legend, but now Reuben realizes that he is real.

Since the show has been on the air, Reuben has gained much wisdom for the great Dog Whisperer. He now can see that when he is scolded for misbehaving, it is not actually his fault, but that of the owner. As Cesar would say, "to all you dog owners out there, the problem is you."

Each time the show airs, Reuben finds that he is inexplicably drawn to the screen. He is mesmerized by the Dog Whisperer's voice, and finds that it is almost impossible to tear himself away from the screen. Reuben tries to summon all of his superdog powers, but finds that he is unable to resist the call of the Dog Whisperer.
