Reuben tried on Daddy's sock yesterday, but found that he had a little trouble filling it. He pulled it up as far as he could, but he still found that there was much more sock than there was paw.

Humans are like Reuben sometimes. We were all created with a "God-shaped" vacuum in our lives, yet so many of us try to fill it with other things. We find, like Reuben trying to wear his daddy's sock, that our lives still have an emptiness to it. Only when we give over the sock to its true owner will it be truly full.
