Bag Doggie

Rueby Tuesday

I got home from the market and began unbagging the groceries. I didn't realize where the bags were landing. But Reuben didn't mind.

He is not filled with self importance, therefore he was not offended. He knew that the bags represented something good -food that I might eventually share with him.

Reuben pays no attention to the evil temptations:

You're just a pile of garbage!
You're worthless!
You're stupid!
No one cares about you!
You should hate God, hate your neighbor, hate yourself!

Reuben knows those are all lies.
He knows he is loved, and worth much to someone. That's why he's such a happy doggie.
